Once you receive your quote and confidentiality statement, you will then send us your audio file. If the file is small, you may send it to us via e-mail. If it is large, you may send it via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
We analyze your recordings, communicate any potential issues, and confirm your rate.
One of our transcriptionists will transcribe your audio file, and carefully review it, utilizing our uniform style guide before submitting it.
Payment is not required until after client approval.
